This is a relationship-led business development and delivery role. You'll work closely with infrastructure clients to understand workforce needs, identify opportunities and deliver recruitment solutions that add real value.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and growing client relationships across Southland, Otago and Central Otago
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Building a profitable portfolio within the infrastructure and industrial sectors
- Delivering end-to-end recruitment and talent solutions
- Providing market insights and workforce planning advice to clients
- Representing Enterprise within the local business community and industry networks
About You
You may come from recruitment, business development, account management, sales or another relationship-focused skills background aligned to civil or trade industries where you've built trusted client partnerships and generated business growth.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- A proven ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships
- Strong sales, business development or recruitment experience
- A self-motivated and results-driven approach
- Confidence engaging with decision-makers and business leaders
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
