- Managing customer bookings and service enquiries
- Welcoming customers and providing a professional first impression
- Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
- Coordinating workflow between customers and the workshop team
- Preparing service documentation, invoicing and administration
- Handling customer enquiries in a professional and solutions focused manner
- Building strong customer relationships and encouraging repeat business
