About the role
This role offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team within the healthcare or technical equipment industry. You will support customer interactions and internal processes, enhancing service quality and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries and manage correspondence
  • Serve as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, clinical, and warehouse teams to ensure timely service delivery
  • Process orders, generate invoices, track shipments, and manage purchase order follow-up
  • Assist with warranty claims, credits, and issue resolution
  • Support internal audits, quality control activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar administrative role
  • Strong capability in communication and organizational skills with experience using CRM and order processing systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in a regulated or healthcare-related environment is an advantage, though not required.
