The role
  
As the Senior Administrator, you will provide executive level administrative support to the Operations Team Leaders. You will play a critical role in ensuring organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
  
Your duties will include:
  
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating diaries
  • Arranging travel, accommodation and associated logistics
  • Preparing meeting agendas, briefing packs and presentations
  • Providing high level administrative support to the Operations Team Leaders
  • Assisting with onboarding and coordination of new staff
  • Preparing presentations, briefing packs and a range of project based documentation
  • Processing invoices, reconciliations, acquittals and petty cash
  • Drafting correspondence on behalf of senior stakeholders
  • Updating and maintaining SOPs, templates and operational records
  • Collating statistics and preparing reports and dashboards
  
What do I need to be successful?
  
  • Proven experience in a Senior Administration, Executive Assistant or Project Coordination position
  • Advanced skills with MS Office
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern tools, including AI platforms, to work smarter and faster!
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Previous experience within a not-for-profit or community-focused organisation is highly regarded
  • A current WWCC and Police Check are desirable
