The Company

An opportunity exists for an Administrator to join this reputable national leader in claims management for accident & illness insurance and workers' compensation. Their lovely and modern offices are based in Carlton, very close to public transport and car parking nearby, with a supportive and family like culture which makes coming into work, that much better!
    

The Role

Maintaining a high level of organisation and client experience, your day to day responsibilities will include:
  • Registration of claims
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Case Managers
  • Sort incoming mail and organise couriers
  • Record EFT details and reconcile payments
  • Answer phone calls and answer first level claims enquiries 
  • Database administration
  • Photocopying, scanning and filing 
  • Other adhoc admin duties as required 
  
What will you need to succeed?
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administration role within a corporate environment
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A flexible, enthusiastic and positive attitude who can work well within a team
