As Gifts in Wills Officer, you will play a key role in growing and stewarding Vinnies’ bequest program. Working as part of the fundraising team, you will nurture relationships with supporters, manage confirmed and prospective bequestors, and help deliver a program of communications, events, and personal stewardship to ensure long-term sustainability for the organisation’s mission.

What You’ll Do
- Identify, manage and grow a portfolio of confirmed and prospective bequestors through thoughtful stewardship.
- Assist with multi-channel communications, including calls, letters, emails, events, and digital updates
- Coordinate tailored events such as commemorative services, thank-you functions, and supporter engagement opportunities.
- Contribute to marketing collateral development and campaign delivery to promote Gifts in Wills.
- Maintain accurate supporter records and reporting within the CRM system.
- Support volunteers assisting with Gifts in Wills activities.
You are a relationship-focused and empathetic fundraising professional who understands the importance of listening and connecting with supporters on a personal level. You’ll bring:
- Knowledge of fundraising, donor development, or Gifts in Wills programs.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider fundraising team.
- Driver Licence.
