Digital Marketing Specialist - E-commerce Ads Agency

Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for one of our clients! The company is a fast-growing e-commerce agency in New York City. It was founded by a former Google employee and a creative industry veteran with 15+ years of experience. They have offices in New York and Europe working exclusively with eCommerce and Fitness brands in the digital acquisition space helping them with online paid ads, branding & email marketing. Currently, 15 employees work there!

Your role will involve creating, developing & systemizing organic & paid traffic channels for the company; attracting leads for the sales team to close. Their mission is to enable online businesses within the eCommerce landscape to generate more sales, create brand awareness and grow exponentially. They use Paid Search ads, Paid Social ads, and e-mail marketing as part of a larger marketing funnel, fully capitalizing on a unified message across all channels, which results in more bottom-line revenue for small and medium-sized businesses.

Structure & Compensation

• Full Time & Fully Remote! Worldwide Applicants Welcome!
• Working hours in EST Time Zone ie 9 to 5 EST + or - two hours
• $3,000 USD Monthly Base + you will receive up to 30% commission from online traffic generated leads (depends on involvement) on 1st Month Billables, deals range from $2,000-$15,000 USD
• First Year OTE $60,000-$80,000 USD/yr
• 2nd Year OTE $100,000 USD/yr+ (career path progression to Marketing Director) 
• Good at Sales? Optional opportunity to sell as well & Earn extra  commissions but are not required

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage the company’s entire sales funnel from start to finish
• Work together with their setters and closers to ensure a smooth sales experience
• Work on prospecting channels (email, Instagram..etc) to generate leads for the organization
• Work with internal teams to generate audits for their warm leads (demo calls)
• Work with internal teams to generate sales materials for all sales efforts Log, learn, and optimize every process mentioned above
• Ultimately be responsible for delivering quality leads to the company. 

Required Experience

• Experience with advertising (FB or Google or both)
• Fluent in English
• Proactive building outreach & automation systems Familiar with organic traffic - email Facebook/LinkedIn/ Twitter/ IG/Snap
• Experience working at or with agencies selling similar services
• Familiarity with marketing sales channels, techniques, and sales strategies
• Experience with lead generation across multiple channels
• You strive for excellence in everything you do, and consistently outperform your own previous results
• You are reliable, able to make decisions on your own, flexible, and able to make changes based on the team's or client's requests.
• You have a deep understanding of the current media landscape
• You are genuinely interested in digital advertising and get excited looking over client campaigns
• Your goal is to consistently perform well - ensuring client retention through satisfaction.
