Finance Accounting Tax Manager - Renewable Energy (Jakarta)
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading national company in renewable energy. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years’ experience in finance for the job of Finance Accounting Tax Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include: 

• Report directly to the Director
• Manage day-to-day financial operations and coordinate with other divisions within the company
• Directly develop corporate finance strategy and planning with BOD and Founders
• Maintain cash flow (planning, forecast, AR, AP, all in-out transactions)
• Prepare and present routine financial reports, forecasts, and planning in a timely manner to Management
• Optimization of finance and accounting processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
• Provide advisory and consultative support about accounting policies and other compliance requirements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting/ Banking or equivalent
• Experienced in dealing with financial institutions, e.g. Bank
• Experienced in both AR and AP functions
• Experienced in cashflow and financial projections
• Possesses in-depth understanding of accounting and tax principles, practices, standards, law, and regulation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
• Must Familiar & Experience with: ERP, Cash Flow, and Project Construction
