Oracle EPM Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant

Employment Type: 12 Months Contract

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant to support the design and delivery of workforce planning solutions that align talent, skills, and workforce costs with long-term business strategy.

In this role, you'll work closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to implement Oracle EPM Workforce Planning solutions, develop workforce models, and provide strategic insights that enable data-driven workforce planning and decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a large-scale enterprise transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Workforce Planning

• Lead workforce planning initiatives, including workforce demand and supply forecasting, gap analysis, and scenario planning.
• Develop strategic workforce plans aligned with organisational objectives.
• Support workforce optimisation and transformation initiatives.

Oracle EPM Workforce Planning

• Design, configure, and implement Oracle EPM Cloud / EPBCS Workforce Planning solutions.
• Develop workforce planning models covering:
  • Headcount
  • Full-Time Equivalents (FTE)
  • Workforce costs
  • Compensation planning
  • Skills planning

Business Partnering

• Partner closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to translate workforce strategies into actionable plans.
• Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements.
• Provide recommendations based on workforce analytics and planning outcomes.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop workforce dashboards and executive reports.
• Perform scenario modelling and workforce cost analysis.
• Generate insights to support strategic workforce decisions and budgeting.

Requirements 

• Experience in Strategic Workforce Planning, Workforce Analytics, or Workforce Transformation.
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle EPM Cloud / EPBCS Workforce Planning.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Workforce planning
  • Workforce cost planning
  • Headcount and FTE planning
  • Skills planning
  • Scenario modelling
• Experience working on enterprise-scale implementation or transformation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Oracle EPM / EPBCS certification.
• Experience within the public sector or large multinational organisations.
• Exposure to HR Transformation or Finance Transformation programmes.
