About the Role
An opportunity is available for a Mathematics and Science Teacher to join the Mambourin campus for Terms 3 and 4, 2026. Teaching across the upper primary years, the successful educator will deliver engaging Mathematics and Science programs that develop strong numeracy skills, conceptual understanding, scientific inquiry, and problem-solving capabilities.
The role will suit a teacher who enjoys hands-on learning, inquiry-based approaches, and fostering curiosity through meaningful real-world applications. Teachers are supported by collaborative colleagues, modern facilities, and ongoing professional learning opportunities, including exposure to International Baccalaureate practices.
Skills and Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Mathematics and Science programs across the upper primary years
- Foster inquiry, critical thinking, and problem-solving through practical learning experiences

Requirements
- Current VIT registration or eligibility for registration
- Relevant teaching qualification
- Full Australian working rights
- Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
- Ability to support the Christian ethos of the school
- Two referees and completion of HARKE safeguarding onboarding
