The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Alexandria showroom.
You will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, driving showroom performance, leading a small team and fostering strong relationships within the Architecture & Design and Interior Design community.

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Alexandria showroom.
You will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, driving showroom performance, leading a small team and fostering strong relationships within the Architecture & Design and Interior Design community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the Alexandria showroom.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience for both retail and trade clients.
- Coach, mentor and manage a team of 3 showroom professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, stylists and key trade customers.
- Ensure showroom presentation reflects the premium nature of the brand.
- Contribute to sales growth and overall showroom performance.
- Participate in the weekend trading roster as part of the showroom leadership team.
- Proven experience managing a premium showroom or high-end retail environment.
- A background within luxury interiors, ideally rugs, furniture, artwork, lighting or related design-led products.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- A passion for design and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Availability to work weekends as part of a 7-day trading operation.
- Up to $110,000 base salary + Super + Commission.
