Counter Attendant

Searson Buck has an opportunity available for a motivated and reliable individual to join a well‑established team in a hands‑on sales and customer service role.

This position involves dealing with retail, trade, and account customers, providing advice and sales support across a range of products including industrial fasteners, nuts and bolts, and hand tools. The role also includes goods receiving, order preparation, and dispatch duties.

We are seeking a mature and enthusiastic team player who brings a strong work ethic, a proactive approach, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. While you will be supported as part of a close‑knit team, you must also be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your responsibilities.

Previous experience within the fasteners, automotive, construction, or engineering industries would be highly regarded but is not essential.

Training will be provided for the right candidate.
