Technical Service Delivery Engineer (12-Month Renewable Contract)

Salary: Up to SGD 7,500/month
Location: Central Singapore (Onsite)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

We are looking for a Technical Service Delivery Engineer to manage service delivery while providing hands-on technical support and engineering for enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end service delivery and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
• Act as the technical escalation point for incidents.
• Perform troubleshooting, implementation, system upgrades, patching, and configuration.
• Support cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise platforms.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and drive continuous improvements.
• Prepare service reports and work closely with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in service delivery and IT operations.
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
  • Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Windows/Linux servers
  • Networking
  • DevOps, CI/CD, automation, or scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash is an advantage)
• Experience managing incidents, problems, changes, SLAs, and production environments.
• Familiar with ITIL practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• ITIL and Cloud certifications are advantageous.
• Experience in managed services or customer-facing technical support is preferred.

Additional Information

• 12-month renewable contract (subject to project requirements).
• Onsite role in Central Singapore.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore without employer sponsorship for this position.
