The Work Itself
You'll work across a broad range of property development matters, supporting clients through every stage of the development process. From acquisitions and disposals through to project structuring, development agreements and complex property transactions, the work is varied, commercial and closely connected to the realities of the property market.
Working directly with clients and experienced practitioners, you'll gain exposure to significant transactions while developing the technical and commercial skills needed to become a trusted property adviser.

You are a lawyer with 1-2 years' PAE and exposure to property development or broader real estate transactions.
