The Role:
- Plan and deliver conferences, roadshows, investor trips, and client events
- Act as the key liaison between business teams, clients, and vendors
- Manage event budgets, logistics, suppliers, and project timelines
- Support senior management in maximizing client engagement opportunities
- Build strong stakeholder and vendor relationships locally and globally
- At least 5 years of experience in managing conferences, roadshows, and corporate events in banking and financial services
- Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and across time zones
- Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
