The role
You'll be responsible for coordinating assets, equipment and logistics across multiple project sites. From plant deployment and job costing through to reporting and utilisation tracking, you'll play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong administration skills and excellent communication to manage stakeholders.

- Manage asset records, administration, and system updates.
- Coordinate plant and equipment deployment across project sites.
- Process job costing and asset coding.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Track plant utilisation and prepare regular reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across asset and logistics operations.
- Coordinate the annual asset auction and related administration.
- Provide general support to ensure the smooth running of yard and logistics activities.
