Join a respected community-focused organisation and become part of a supportive, close-knit finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional seeking a stable, part-time role in a CBD-based office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end accounts payable processing
- Supplier and creditor management
- Payment runs and reconciliations
- Credit card, supplier statement and general ledger reconciliations
- Fixed Asset Register maintenance
- Support month-end reporting activities
- Assist with payroll and accounts receivable as required
- Previous Accounts Payable or Finance Officer experience
- Strong reconciliation and Excel skills
- Experience using ERP or financial management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently within a small team environment
- Current Driver's Licence
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) or ability to obtain
- Valid National Police Clearance (NPC) or ability to obtain
- 6 week Contract offering PT 24 hours per week across 3 days
- Adelaide CBD location
- Fully on-site position
