I’m currently seeking an experienced Safety Manager to join a Queensland-based, privately owned commercial and industrial construction company.
This is a hybrid role, working across the office and project sites, overseeing safety across a range of commercial and industrial projects valued at approximately $50 million.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly site visits to monitor safety performance and compliance.
- Support project teams with day-to-day safety management.
- Oversee site-based Safety Coordinators on larger projects.
- Manage safety reporting, systems and compliance across multiple projects.
- Utilise HammerTech to maintain and improve safety processes.
- Report directly to the Construction Manager.
- Experience as a Senior Safety Advisor or Safety Manager.
- Direct experience within commercial construction is essential, with industrial experience highly regarded.
- Confident managing safety across multiple projects and engaging with project teams.
- Strong understanding of construction safety systems, compliance and risk management.
- Experience using HammerTech is advantageous.
- Salary up to $180K + super.
- Fuel and toll card provided.
