OVERVIEW:
System integration test and vehicle integration test of Body Electronics products.
Testing and confirmation of system specification by doing system bench test, and testing and realization of vehicle performance improvements for different vehicle variants by doing test drives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
@System integration test of Body Electronics products
-Understanding of the customer system specifications and system architecture in accordance with general guidelines and methods, with the inclusion of the existing proprietary, standard and third-party systems
-Testing of each software release as system level and finding of mismatch points between the specification and system behavior
-Making of system test reports Vehicle integration test of Body Electronics products
@Vehicle integration test of Body Electronics products
-Understanding of the Body Electronics principle
-Recording of system behavior and reference data by performing test drives on proving ground or on public roads
-Evaluating of test results
-Adjusting of parameters for getting best system performance
-Re-testing of system performance on test bench by using hardware or software in the loop tester (HIL/SIL) with adjusted system parameters
-Re-testing of system performance in vehicle
-Making of all essential information documents by using a professional configuration management tool
Others
-International communication in a worldwide company network
-Teamwork in worldwide distributed project teams
-Customer interface
-Reporting to the customer and the responsible project manager
Requirements
REQUIREMENT:
-Must
-Business level of English and Japanese or above
-Communication / Moderation skills
-Electrical Engineering knowledge
-Vector CANoe or similar tool skills
-Microsoft Office skills
-Want
-Several years experiences in Automotive industry
-System bench test experiences
-Driver license
-Vehicle test experiences
-Automotive SPICE
