Sales Representative

Our client is a family-owned Irish food manufacturing business experiencing rapid growth and expansion. To support the exciting next phase of growth, they are looking for a dynamic, driven sales professional to join our team and help us expand our footprint across Leinster.

The Role

As our Sales Representative, you will be the face of the brand on the road in Leinster. You will manage crucial existing relationships while actively hunting for new market opportunities. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work directly with our Managing Director and Sales Manager to drive brand consistency and hit ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets, identify new market opportunities, and research potential customers.

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel across major wholesale and restaurant accounts.

  • Lead, negotiate, and close commercial agreements with large-scale clients.

  • Monitor performance metrics, track competitor developments, and report valuable market insights back to the Sales Manager.

  • Conduct weekly order calls and send weekly updates to wholesalers, sales reps, and end-users

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven track record in direct sales of Food related product to wholesales and or Food Service

  • An analytical mindset with a sharp problem-solving attitude is essential.

  • Proficient knowledge of Sage software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A full, clean driving license and the flexibility to travel heavily—primarily covering the Leinster region, with travel to other areas as required to support business growth.
