Founding GTM Sales – SaaS (Dublin, Onsite)

This is a founding role: hands‑on, collaborative, and full of ownership. You’ll work directly with the founder, influence the GTM motion, and help build a sales engine that can scale globally. What You’ll Do

• Lead the full sales cycle with confidence, clarity, and warmth

• Shape the pitch and refine the demo, helping define the value story

• Convert a warm, active pipeline into predictable revenue

• Build trusted relationships with enterprise and mid‑market stakeholders

• Partner closely with founders, product, and marketing to influence GTM

• Bring structure and rhythm to a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment

• Help set the tone for a supportive, high‑performance sales culture
