Shipping & Inventory Coordinator – Manufacturing | Day Shift

Shipping Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating outgoing shipments, verifying order accuracy, maintaining shipping records, and ensuring products are prepared and released on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Verify shipping paperwork, labels, and order documentation
• Confirm products, quantities, and shipment details match customer requirements
• Schedule and communicate with carriers regarding pickups and deliveries
• Maintain shipping records and inventory transactions within company systems
• Work closely with production, warehouse, and leadership teams to prioritize shipments
• Monitor shipping schedules and proactively address delays or discrepancies
• Perform inventory verification and assist with cycle counts as needed
• Ensure shipments are packaged, labeled, and staged according to company standards
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to shipping accuracy and efficiency
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, inventory control, warehouse coordination, or manufacturing support
• Experience with shipping documents, bills of lading, packing lists, or inventory systems preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and recordkeeping
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments
• Reliable attendance and strong sense of accountability

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• $19-24/hr depending on experience
