1) To review quality status for development products and technically explain to customers.
2) To make quality documents for development products and technically explain to customers.
3) To make quality documents for serial products and technically explain to customers.
4) To analyze root cause, make countermeasure and risk assessment for delivery problem and technically explain to customers.
5) To analyze root cause, make countermeasure and risk assessment for field problem and technically explain to customers.
6) To regularly monitor field quality status and make action if required.
7) To investigate the return part of 0km and field claim as analysis, make the report and technically explain to customers.
Requirements
More than 5 yrs QC working experience required
Electrical Engineering background necessary
Fluent English (Min TOEIC 600)
Fluent Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
Logical Thinking, pro-active attitude also required
***candidates are required to have current work visa for Japan***
