Senior Business Analyst - Sailpoint

• 3 month contract with possibility to extend until June 2027
• Senior BA with Sailpoint or IAM experience preferred
• ASAP start

Our client is embarking on a significant enterprise identity programme and is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the team.

This is an opportunity to work on a large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiative, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to deliver critical capability across a complex enterprise environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Support solution design and delivery across an enterprise IAM programme.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure requirements are translated into successful outcomes.
• Contribute to business process improvement and change initiatives.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering complex technology programmes.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience producing high-quality business analysis artefacts and documentation.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments.

This contract initially runs through to the end of October, however the wider programme is planned through to June 2027, providing strong potential for extension.
