Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Overhauler Technician for a leading textile manufacturing facility. If you have strong mechanical skills and enjoy troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform overhauls, repairs, and preventative maintenance on textile manufacturing equipment.
  • Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble machine components.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Replace bearings, gears, rollers, belts, shafts, and other machine parts.
  • Perform equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Read mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals.
  • Work with production and maintenance teams to maximize machine performance.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

Qualifications:

  • Previous industrial maintenance or mechanical repair experience required.
  • Textile manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems is a plus.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
