We're looking for an emerging HSEQ professional who is passionate about safety, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to learn from experienced leaders in a growing and diverse operational environment.
Reporting to a highly experienced Head of Safety, you'll gain hands-on exposure across safety, environment, compliance, risk management, injury management, investigations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll be doing:
We're looking for an emerging HSEQ professional who is passionate about safety, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to learn from experienced leaders in a growing and diverse operational environment.
Reporting to a highly experienced Head of Safety, you'll gain hands-on exposure across safety, environment, compliance, risk management, injury management, investigations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll be doing:
- Partnering with operational leaders to strengthen safety culture and engagement
- Supporting risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions
- Assisting with audits, compliance activities and ISO management systems
- Contributing to training, safety improvement programs and HSEQ initiatives
- Developing your expertise across safety, environmental and compliance functions
- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or currently completing)
- A genuine passion for workplace safety and continuous improvement
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in safety, compliance, operations or a related field is advantageous
- Outstanding career development and mentorship
