Job Title: Maintenance Helper / Assistant
Location: Phoenix, AZ (7 ^th Street /University)
Pay Rate: $20-24/hour
Monday-Friday 1 ^st Shift
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Maintenance Helper/Assistant to support maintenance operations within a 70,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. This role will assist with equipment upkeep, basic troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance across the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with preventative maintenance and basic equipment repairs
• Read and follow basic electrical schematics
• Use handheld tools to support maintenance tasks
• Help troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical issues
• Maintain safe and organized work areas

• Basic knowledge of electrical schematics
• Experience using hand tools
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Manufacturing or maintenance experience preferred
• Welding experience a plus.
