Reporting to the Executive Director of People and Corporate Services, you will lead a small team and oversee the delivery of people services across the employee lifecycle, while partnering with leaders to drive engagement, capability development and organisational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of people and culture services across the employee lifecycle.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders on employee relations, performance management and workplace matters.
- Oversee recruitment activities and ensure best-practice hiring processes.
- Develop and implement learning and development initiatives that support organisational capability and a culture of continuous learning.
- Drive organisational development projects, employee engagement initiatives and culture programs.
- Lead remuneration review activities and workforce reporting requirements.
- Oversee health, safety and wellbeing initiatives in partnership with specialist advisors.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, processes and systems to support compliance and operational excellence.
- Mentor, coach and develop a small people team while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

You will demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Significant experience across employee relations, performance management, organisational development, recruitment and change initiatives.
- Strong leadership capability with experience leading and developing teams.
- The ability to influence, coach and partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Experience designing and delivering learning and development programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to thrive in evolving environments.
- Professional HR accreditation.
- Job evaluation, remuneration benchmarking or workforce planning experience.
- Exposure to HRIS platforms and people systems.
- Experience in membership-based, professional services, education, healthcare or not-for-profit environments.
- Experience supporting engagement, leadership development or organisational effectiveness initiatives.
