Job Summary
: Automation and Tooling: Develop and maintain automation pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) using tools like Jenkins.
Cloud and System Management: Manage and optimize cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure) to ensure a scalable and efficient infrastructure.
Containerization and Orchestration: Implement and manage containerization using Docker and orchestrate containers using Kubernetes. Monitoring and
Performance Tuning: Set up and maintain monitoring solutions. Analyze system performance and implement optimizations for scalability and reliability.
Security: Ensure robust security measures are in place, including network security, secure coding practices, and data encryption. Regularly update systems and address security vulnerabilities.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments. Provide technical leadership under high pressure.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure a smooth deployment process. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Mentoring and Leadership: Coach and mentor junior DevOps team members. Lead the development and implementation of DevOps strategy.
- Research and Development: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve efficiency.

Requirements

[Requirements]
・Degree in Computer Science, Technical Computer Science, IT Security, Physics, or a similar field.
・3+ years of software engineering/SRE/DevOps work experience and in-depth knowledge of cloud service operations. Experience with Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-Code, logging, monitoring, and CI/CD pipeline automation.
・Ability to work independently, systematically, and focused. Hands-on mindset and intercultural skills. 7+ years of experience in agile software development using programming languages ​​such as Go, Typescript, and Python.
・Highly responsible and excellent communication skills. Reliable and a team player.
・Passion for solving difficult technical problems and finding creative solutions.
・Language Skills: English - Business level (TOEIC 700 or above), Japanese - Beginner level (JLPT N3 or above)
