Education and Training Requirements
Entry-level positions must have good attendance. On-the-job training required. Specific training to improve job skills will be discussed during each performance review.
Job Responsibilities
- Comprehend and display competency of Operation Standards, MYQAs, and Visual Aids within the Assembly and Foam in Place areas.
- Use of pliers, heat guns, spray guns (adhesive), and steamers will be required in these areas.
- Required to ensure customers, internal and external, receive a product that meets their required quality expectations.
- Clearly, verbally communicate to Line Leads, Quality Technicians, and Supervisors problems that are being observed during the shift.
- Required to continuously stand for the entire shift.
For Foam in Place areas, continuous use of hands to lace pillars into headrest covers, and opening and closing molds. - For Assembly areas, continuous use of hands to edge turn materials around substrates, spray, and assembly components.
- Keep the work area clean and free of clutter. Follow 5s guidelines.
- Adhere to all company rules, policies, and regulations.
