Excellent opportunity to join a global organisation operating within a highly technical service environment, as our client looks to appoint a Project Manager to support a key customer site in Dublin.

Our client is a market-leading provider of engineering and technical support services to critical infrastructure environments. Operating globally, they support major facilities through specialist maintenance, compliance, and operational improvement programmes.
Due to an internal move, they are looking to recruit a Project Manager to lead service delivery and project coordination activities on a major customer site in West Dublin.
Role:
Based full-time on-site in West Dublin, the successful Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating planned works, maintenance activities, contractors, permits, and project implementations within a complex technical environment.
This is not a traditional sales role. Instead, the focus is on project delivery, stakeholder management, contractor coordination, and ensuring operational activities are completed safely and efficiently. You will work closely with facilities and maintenance teams to ensure smooth execution of planned works and continuous improvement projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day project activities within a technical facilities environment
- Coordinating maintenance schedules, planned works, and service activities
- Acting as the key point of contact between site teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Managing permit systems and ensuring compliance with site procedures
- Coordinating third-party vendors and service providers
- Supporting project implementation from planning through to completion
- Building strong working relationships with facilities and engineering teams
- Identifying and supporting opportunities for additional project work
- Maintaining accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance records
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
Person:
This role will suit candidates with a strong technical or scientific background who enjoy managing projects and coordinating engineering services.
- Degree or qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience within water treatment, facilities management, process industries, engineering services, utilities, or a similar technical environment
- Previous experience in Project Management, Technical Account Management, Service Delivery, or Engineering Coordination
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience coordinating contractors and service providers
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify project opportunities
- Professional and mature approach with a focus on long-term career development
Package:
- Salary: €60,000 – €70,000

Location:Dublin
This role is based five days per week on-site, therefore candidates should ideally be located within a reasonable commuting distance of the West Dublin area.
