We are seeking two highly motivated Manufacturing Technicians to support the rapid prototyping and low-volume assembly of advanced electronic components for automotive applications. Overview
As a Manufacturing Technician on our Operations Team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the development of state-of-the-art electronic hardware. You'll work alongside talented engineers and cross-functional teams to assemble, test, and refine prototypes and small production runs, ensuring products meet quality and schedule targets. Your technical skills, precision, and proactive approach will directly contribute to accelerating product development and delivering high-quality automotive electronics.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
• Proficiency in reading technical documents and drawings
• Strong hands-on skills with assembly tools: cutters, crimpers, soldering irons, pin insertion/removal tools, torque tools
• Experience with soldering and test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators
• Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic computer/data entry skills
• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to processes
• Knowledge of IPC-610, IPC-620, or JSTD-10 standards (preferred)

Nice to Have Skills

• Technical training in soldering, trade school, or OJT classes
• Experience assisting in process optimization and developing assembly solutions
• Quality inspection experience and familiarity with quality standards
• Experience working in low-volume product development and prototyping environments

Preferred Education and Experience

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
• 4 to 6 years of hands-on electronic assembly experience in a lab or production setting
