As the company continues scaling globally, they are seeking driven, performance-oriented closers capable of running structured calls, handling sophisticated buyers, and securing high ticket deals consistently.


Responsibilities


  • Conduct 15+ daily strategy and closing calls with warm, pre-qualified prospects.
  • Close premium media, branding, and exposure packages ranging from $12,000 to $200,000.
  • Lead prospects through a casting and selection-style process with authority and clarity.
  • Communicate the marketing, visibility, and business-growth benefits of the offer.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM accuracy, detailed call notes, and professional follow-up practices.
  • Represent the brand with strong communication, confidence, and high integrity.


Compensation


  • Commission Only — 10% per closed sale
  • OTE: $175,000–$200,000 per year
  • Immediate start with warm, high-intent leads provided daily
  • High-conversion offer with strong market demand


Candidate Requirements


  • Proven experience closing high-ticket offers between $5,000 and $50,000.
  • Strong ability to lead and close sophisticated buyers.
  • Exceptional communication, rapport-building, and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience in media, consulting, advertising, production, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Ability to understand and communicate business and marketing strategy.
  • High energy, self-driven, and performance-oriented.
  • Comfortable recording calls for quality and transparency.
