This organization has built a fully AI-native platform designed to transform how enterprise organizations in high-risk industries manage safety, compliance, and predictive risk. This is not a legacy system with AI layered on top it’s a ground-up, next-generation platform that is already winning enterprise deals due to its ability to automate workflows, predict incidents, and deliver measurable ROI in weeks, not years.
This is a true enterprise sales role with ownership over a defined U.S. territory, targeting high-value accounts across:
- Insurance
- Manufacturing
- Transportation & Logistics
- Construction
You will be selling into executive-level stakeholders, including the VP of Safety, the COO, and Operations leadership, navigating complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with deal sizes ranging from $75K to $600K+ ACV.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and grow a named enterprise territory (50–100 accounts)
- Build and close complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals
- Engage C-level and VP-level stakeholders across safety, operations, and compliance
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor within your vertical markets
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure customer success and long-term retention
What They’re Looking For
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales (6–10+ years)
- Experience selling into EHS, compliance, or regulated industries
- History of closing $100K+ ACV deals
- Strong Challenger-style selling approach
- Ability to navigate complex buying committees and drive consensus
Compensation Snapshot
- Base: $130K – $160K
- OTE: ~$275K – $300K+
- Commission: Uncapped with accelerators
- Equity + Full Benefits Package
