You'll work with warm, high-intent inbound leads and build a recurring book of business with established retail clients. The residual structure means your income compounds over time — most reps earn significantly more in year two than year one as their accounts repeat and grow.
Compensation
- Base: $52,000 (W2)
- Year 1 OTE: $75,000–$120,000
- Year 2 OTE: $120,000–$150,000
- Commission + residuals on repeat business
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing inbound leads from jewelry retailers and guiding them through the sales process
- Building long-term client relationships that generate repeat orders
- Negotiating and closing high-value deals on loose and fine diamonds
- Staying sharp on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends
- Maintaining your pipeline in CRM and hitting monthly targets
- Traveling to trade shows and meeting clients across the US as needed
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of proven success in consultative or high-ticket sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience in luxury, jewelry, or B2B product sales is a plus
- Comfortable with CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Flexible availability to accommodate client needs outside standard hours
