Robot Welding Trainee – Day & Night Shifts

A Claremore manufacturing team is hiring Robot Welding Trainees for both day and night shifts. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in skilled manufacturing, welding, or industrial automation without needing years of previous experience.

You'll receive hands-on, paid training while learning to operate automated welding equipment, inspect finished parts, and work as part of a production team.

No previous welding or robotic welding experience is required. Manufacturing, assembly, welding, machine operation, construction, or other hands-on experience is helpful, but we're also willing to train someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Pay & Schedule

Day Shift

• $19.50/hour

• Monday–Friday

• 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

• Four 10-hour shifts

• Saturday overtime may be available

Night Shift

• $22.50/hour

• Monday–Friday

• 5:00 PM–3:30 AM

• Four 10-hour shifts

• Saturday overtime may be available

Both positions are Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire.

What You'll Do

• Learn to operate and monitor automated robotic welding equipment

• Load and position metal components into welding fixtures

• Remove completed parts and visually inspect them for quality

• Follow work instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures

• Identify obvious weld or part defects and report concerns to the appropriate team member

• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe

• Assist with other production, assembly, and fabrication tasks as needed

What to Expect

This is a hands-on manufacturing position in an industrial environment. You'll spend most of your 10-hour shift on your feet and will work around machinery, metal, heat, and noise.

You must be comfortable with repetitive physical work and able to safely lift, move, and position materials as required.
