About the job
This is a leadership role with a strong community and commercial focus. With an experienced Clinical Services Manager already in place, your focus will be on leading the wider operation, building a vibrant village community, driving occupancy and ensuring residents and whānau receive an exceptional experience.
You'll lead the care home and village team, strengthen local relationships, support villa and apartment sales and keep the business performing well.
About you
You'll be a warm, confident and commercially minded leader who loves people and knows how to build trust quickly.
