Nursing Home Administrator (Chicago Northside)

Seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator to lead a skilled nursing facility on Chicago’s Northside. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, regulatory knowledge, and a passion for ensuring high-quality care for residents. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide leadership and support to department heads and staff
• Develop and implement policies to maintain high standards of care and service
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to meet organizational goals
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the community

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Illinois
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing administration
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and reimbursement
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
