In this role, you'll be a vital part of warehouse operations, helping to assemble, package, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently while contributing to a team that values leadership, innovation, and collaboration. What You’ll Be Doing As a Production Associate, your core responsibilities will include: Picking and packing daily orders: Accurately select and package products for shipment based on order specifications. Operating warehouse equipment: Safely operate forklifts and other industrial equipment to move materials and prepare shipments. Maintaining inventory accuracy: Assist with cycle counts, inventory tracking, and resolving any shipping or receiving discrepancies. In addition, you will also be expected to help train team members and support process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
