Job Summary
We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Solderer to join a growing electronics manufacturing team in Elkhart, Indiana. In this role, you’ll assist with PCB assembly, prototype builds, and precision soldering work in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Solderer, your core responsibilities will include:
● Hand Soldering Electronic Components: Perform manual soldering on printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies using lead-free (RoHS) processes.
● PCB Assembly Support: Apply solder paste, place components, and assist with prototype and production assembly tasks.
● Inspection and Quality Verification: Inspect solder joints and finished assemblies using microscopes and visual inspection tools to ensure quality standards are met.

In addition, you may assist with wave soldering, reflow operations, and general electronics assembly as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
● Previous soldering or electronics assembly experience preferred.
● Experience working with small components and hand tools is a plus.
● Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards and lead-free/RoHS manufacturing preferred.

● Attention to Detail: Ability to perform accurate soldering and identify defects or inconsistencies.
● Manual Dexterity: Comfortable handling small electronic components and precision tools.
● Reliability and Teamwork: Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a production team environment.
