We're partnering with a highly regarded national organisation in the transport infrastructure space to appoint a Senior Asset Management Professional into their growing Perth team.

This is a rare opportunity to work across multiple transport modes, delivering asset management strategy and advisory services to government agencies and industry clients across roads, rail, ports and airports.

The role combines technical leadership, client engagement and project delivery, making it ideal for an experienced asset management professional looking to broaden their impact across the transport infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities
As a senior member of the team, you will:

• Develop and deliver asset management strategies and infrastructure advisory solutions
• Provide technical expertise across transport infrastructure asset portfolios
• Lead condition assessment, lifecycle planning and investment prioritisation initiatives
• Prepare technical reports, proposals and client presentations
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with transport asset owners and agencies
• Identify follow-on opportunities and contribute to business growth
• Support the delivery of innovative, data-driven asset management solutions

Ideal Candidate
We're interested in speaking with professionals who bring:

• 10+ years' experience within transport infrastructure asset management
• Experience across roads, rail, ports and/or airport infrastructure
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, condition assessment and renewal planning
• Consulting, advisory or client-facing experience
• Experience developing technical reports, proposals and business cases
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Relevant engineering or infrastructure-related tertiary qualification

CPEng or equivalent professional accreditation highly regarded

Experience in one or more of the following areas will be viewed favourably:

• Pavement asset management
• Rail infrastructure asset management
• Airport or airfield pavements
• Port infrastructure and hardstand assets
• Deterioration modelling and lifecycle forecasting
• Asset management frameworks and ISO 55001
• Network planning and forward works programming
