Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Plastic Injection Molding Machines: Set up, run, and monitor machines to make sure everything's functioning perfectly.
• Troubleshoot & Maintenance: Tackle minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance to keep production running smoothly.
• Glue Application: Use brushes to apply glue to materials with precision and in accordance with specifications.
• Assembly: Put your skills to work by assembling parts—stick glued materials together, ensuring they align properly and adhere securely.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards before they're packaged or sent to the next stage.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently or collaborate as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and move around the production area for extended periods.
