About the Role

The position focuses on analyzing domestic and global fintech trends, conducting competitor research, and supporting the development of next-generation financial services strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic initiatives across areas such as banking, payments, securities, insurance, and digital finance.


Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze fintech trends, emerging technologies, and market developments
  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis to identify strategic opportunities
  • Support the development and execution of fintech growth strategies
  • Prepare presentations and strategic proposals for senior management
  • Assist with new business planning, feasibility studies, and service development initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple business domains


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in strategy consulting, research, corporate planning, business development, or financial services strategy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in fintech and emerging technologies such as AI and blockchain
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Business-level Japanese and strong English communication skills
