Seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.

Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities

  • Join a growing outpatient primary care network with strong specialty and regional clinical resources.
  • APP support and dedicated medical assistants support day-to-day care.
  • A guaranteed base salary with no RVU requirements initially provides time for orientation, training and panel development without patient-volume pressure.
  • Transition to a production plan offers meaningful RVU-based earning potential.
  • Collaborative practice culture emphasizes work-life balance and positive working relationships.
  • Forty-hour Monday-Friday position with variable daytime hours.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary: $299,000 annually, with a 6% annual bonus opportunity.
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus; production/RVU incentives following transition from the guaranteed plan.
  • CME allowance.
  • Eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, life and disability coverage, retirement-plan contributions and paid time off. Compensation depends on experience and qualifications.
