Diesel Fitter / Mechanic – Boddington | DIDO | $70–$75/hr

We are currently seeking experienced Diesel Fitters and Mechanics for a mining operation in Boddington.

This is a DIDO opportunity suited to tradespeople with solid experience working on heavy mobile plant and mining equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance on heavy mobile equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic faults.
• Complete breakdowns and scheduled maintenance.
• Conduct inspections and identify potential equipment issues.
• Ensure all maintenance is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

About You:

• Trade qualification as a Diesel Fitter, Heavy Diesel Mechanic or equivalent.
• Previous experience working on heavy mobile plant or mining equipment.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work safely and independently in a mining environment.
• Current Australian driver’s licence.
• Previous mining experience highly regarded.
