As a Manufacturing Controller, you’ll play a key role in guiding projects from tendering through execution to completion. Working closely with project managers and other functions, you’ll provide financial insights, monitor performance, and help steer strategic decisions.

This role is based in Milan, Italy.
How you’ll make an impact:

Provide financial analysis and insight throughout all phases of assigned projects

Prepare monthly project reviews, forecasts, and reports for senior stakeholders

Monitor risks and opportunities, driving timely corrective actions

Manage invoicing, contract-related matters, and compliance requirements

Ensure accuracy in project income statements, cash flow, and financial reporting

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize execution and profitability

Support broader financial transformation and process improvement initiatives
Your background:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

Several years of experience in project or business controlling

Knowledge of commercial and contract management principles

Strong systems skills, ideally with ERP and BI tools

Fluent in English, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
