Reporting to the Director for Business Services & Tax, you will lead an experienced team of accountants to and provide advisory solutions to a broad range of clients and your key role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Lead, coach and advise a team of accountants

Provide a high-level business advisory perspective to clients

Provide oversight to ensure client solutions are robust

Assist with the onboarding of new team members

Support the Director for BS&T where required

Skills/Qualifications required:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience is essential

CA or CPA qualified 

4-7 years’ experience in chartered accounting  

Advanced knowledge of different accounting software and technologies  

Experience working within a client service environment  

Sound understanding of Accounting Practices and Standards  

Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail  

Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

Excellent interpersonal skills and can operate well within a team
