About the Role
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Hilton, Adelaide. This is a permanent, full-time position created to support our growing professional services division. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for professional services roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate and facilitate client meetings and updates
- Contribute to business growth by seeking new opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights
- Proven experience in professional services or specialised recruitment, at consultant or senior consultant level
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
