Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Process orders and manage despatching using SAP (or willingness to learn).
- Pick and pack orders in the warehouse (approx. 20% of the role).
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to safety procedures.

Requirements:

- Physically fit and able to assist with order picking.
- Full working rights in Australia.
