Our client, based in Laverton North, are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join their busy and dedicated team. This is a full-time position on a 5 day rotating roster.

Shift Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 5 day rotating roster
  • Day and Night shift
  • Hours: 6:00am to 6:00pm / 6:00pm to 6:00am
Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing raw materials and material flows to the machinery efficiently.
  • Assisting in troubleshooting and escalating any breakdowns promptly to minimise disruptions.
  • Maintaining high housekeeping standards.
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role working on a rotating shift.
  • Machine operation experience.
  • Good troubleshooting skills.
  • Good mechanical aptitude.
  • Proven history of working within a process environment.
  • Ability to accurately record manufacturing and quality data
  • Forklift and driver’s license are essential
